Books may be returned within ONE week of purchase date. 

Must have the receipt and books must be in original packaging/condition

 

 

 

 

RENTAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

By completing this transaction you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. I understand and accept the responsibility that at the end of the current term it is my responsibility to return the books rented under this program or pay the replacement price of the book(s) that I have rented.

2. I understand that the book(s) rented by me is/are the property of NMC Bookstore and in accepting the terms of this book rental program, I accept the responsibility to use the book and return it to the NMC Bookstore in resalable condition (no missing pages, no excessive writing/highlights or water damage, etc.) by the Due Date.

3. I understand and authorize NMC College and Bookstore to place my student records on hold if the book is not returned by the last day of the agreed upon term. Once a hold is placed, it may take up to 48 hours to be released. In addition, if my book is not returned by the deadline, I will not be eligible for this program the following term.

4. I understand if my Rental Book is not returned by the due date my credit card on record will be billed for the full retail price of the textbook

5. Textbook Rentals are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR BOOK BUYBACK

6. I have read and fully understand the provisions and the terms of this agreement as outlined and I agree to adhere to all conditions and terms as stated.
